As service providers we are accountable for certain contents on these pages after § 7 passage 1 TMG, common law. After § § 8 till 10 TMG however, we as service providers are not bound to monitor submitted or stored external data or to research for circumstances, that hint to illegitimate activities. Obligations towards removal or closure of usage of information after common laws stay thereof untouched. A relevant liability for this however starts only after the date of knowledge of a concrete infringement. Upon becoming knowledge of according infringement, we will remove these contents immediately.
